I am honored to share the gifts of breath, movement and meditation through the lens of dance, yoga and Reiki to help you experience the joy of your innate expression, to come alive and to come home to your true being.

Dance is all about freedom, fun, and self-discovery. My sessions are designed to be a welcoming, supportive space for everyone—no experience needed. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you while connecting more deeply to your body, breath, and mind.

We’ll use both guided and free-form movement to build confidence, release stress, and tap into your natural creativity. It’s an invitation to let go of judgment, cultivate an inner sense of play, and celebrate the wisdom and joy your body holds. Come as you are and let movement be your medicine.

Christine Engelfried is a movement educator, dancer, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner who has been exploring the power of movement since the age of three. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a double major in Dance and Communication Studies and has spent her career teaching, performing, and sharing practices that connect body, breath, and mind.

Christine is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive spaces where people of all backgrounds can move freely, explore mindfulness, and cultivate joy. Her work blends her deep roots in dance with her training in yoga, Reiki, and integrative therapies, inviting students to reconnect with themselves through both stillness and expression.

She has taught nationally, working with organizations such as Western Washington University, YogaWorks, Equinox, Ompractice, and KINRGY—a wellness platform founded by Emmy® Award-winning artist Julianne Hough. Christine has also been part of large-scale events including Oprah Winfrey’s 20/20 Vision Tour, GOOP by Gwyneth Paltrow, Tony Robbins, and Global Citizen LA.

Certified at the 500-hour level in Yoga through YogaWorks, Christine is also a Reiki Master, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, certified GROOV3 dance fitness instructor and a founding guide and trainer with KINRGY. Her additional trainings include iRest Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, and Ayurveda. She continues to study and share practices that inspire presence, play, and transformation and is honored to be here with you on this journey.
